FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP) — Crews needed more than an hour to remove a semitrailer after it became wedged under a railroad bridge in Fort Wayne.
Police were called to the bridge southeast of the city’s downtown about 4 a.m. Tuesday. WANE-TVreports the trailer was stuck under the bridge, with the front section of the trailer buckled.
The bridge carries several railroad lines over a major city street and is marked for a height clearance of 12 feet, 2 inches.
The semi was removed from under the bridge about 5:30 a.m.
