Super Bowl Dip & Slow Cooker Recipes Using Local Ingredients


Raspberry Chocolate Chip Dip

Because sometimes you want a little something sweet

32 oz container of Greek yogurt

1 small box of instant vanilla pudding

8 oz of fresh whipped cream (or whipped topping)

1 1/2 C of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

3 C of frozen raspberries (allow to thaw a bit on the counter)


Red Gold’s Famous Guacamole

Make right before serving

2 ripe Haas avocados

juice of 1 lime

zest of 1 lime

1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes (drained)

pinch of salt

1/4 C chopped fresh cilantro

In a serving bowl mash the flesh of the avocados. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.




Hoosier Momma Creamy Cocktail Dip

Using Indiana’s favorite bloody Mary mix- Hoosier Momma

8 oz of cream cheese, softened

4 oz of Hoosier Momma Bloody Mary mix

2 tsp fresh horseradish (or less to taste)

1 tsp lemon juice

2 stalks of celery, finely chopped

5 green olives, finely chopped

Blend together and chill for up to 2 hours. Serve with dipables.


Slow Cooked Zesty Chicken Dip

2-3 C shredded cooked chicken

2 C cheddar cheese blend

3/4 C Best Boy Redhead Hot Sauce
