Snow moves out of area, leaves slick roads behind

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A Winter Weather Advisory in effect Sunday morning has expired.

24-Hour News 8 Meteorologist Ken Brewer says most areas saw 1 to 3 inches of snow. A narrow heavy snow bad in western and northern Indiana cause some areas to see 4 to 8 inches of snow.

Temperatures will be in the mid-20s for most areas of Indiana on Sunday. It will stay that cold for Monday with partly cloudy skies.

Another round of snow comes to Indiana on Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday morning. As of Sunday, areas north of Interstate 70 could see some heavy snow. Areas south of I-70 could see a snow and ice mixture. Some areas could see 6 inches or more of snow.
