Missing handicapped woman found safe

FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) -UPDATE 2:12 P.M.: Officials say Katie Greeson was located safe and unharmed.

The Fishers Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 20-year-old woman.

Officials say 20-year-old Katie Greeson ran away from her caretaker’s home in the Cumberland Crossing Apartment Complex around 12:27 p.m. Saturday.

Police and K9 units are searching the area of 121st and Cumberland Road. Katie is described as a white woman about 5’2″ with brown hair and wearing a purple jumpsuit and green jacket.  Officers say she is handicapped.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Fishers Police Dept. immediately.
