INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Bankers Life Fieldhouse was cited for preliminarily selling alcohol to a minor after an officer saw a bartender serve alcohol to a 19-year-old and did not check his ID.
Indiana State Excise police also arrested 38 people at concerts in Indianapolis and Evansville this past weekend.
On Friday, 14 people were arrested at the Florida Georgia Line concert at the Ford Center in Evansville.
Of those arrested, 10 were minors, including one under the age of 18. They were preliminarily charged with underage possession or consumption of alcohol.Two people were given citations for provided alcohol to minors and one person was arrested and preliminarily charged with resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
On Saturday, 24 people were arrested at the featuring Florida Georgia Line, Thomas Rhett and Brantley Gilbert at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
Of that number, 19 were minors, one less than 18, and preliminarily charged with underage possession or consumption of alcohol. Two were cited for possession of false ID’s and one for being in a bar room.
Police cited five people for providing alcohol to minors and one person was issued a warning for carrying alcohol into the concert facility.
