WESTFIELD, Ind. (WISH) – Police in Westfield released a sketch of a suspect on Thursday in an armed robbery that occurred at the end of January.

According to police, around 7:19 p.m. on Jan. 30, officers responded to the 800 block of South Union Street in the area of the Hamilton Square Apartments.

Police say a 38-year-old man was driving from Fishers to Westfield when his vehicle started having mechanical problems. The man pulled into the apartment complex on S. Union St. to check and see what the problem was.

When he was outside of his car, he was approached by two men—one was armed with a black, semi-automatic handgun.

He was wearing a blue jacket, black stocking type hat, and black pants and was armed with a handgun.

The second suspect is described as a black male with lighter skin than the other suspect, around 17-19 years old, about 5 foot 4 inches tall, clean shaven, with smaller lips that the other man. He was wearing a dark coat, black hat and black pants.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
