Day care shooting suspect back in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The man accused of shooting his ex-wife outside of a day care Tuesday was returned to Indianapolis Friday afternoon.

Justice is accused of shooting his ex-wife outside of a Kindercare after she had just dropped off her two children. The woman remains in critical condition at IU Health Methodist Hospital.

Justice, 33, turned himself in for the crime at a police station in Lexington after being persuaded by IMPD detectives and Lexington officials.
