INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - An Indianapolis daycare operator is facing several charges of endangering children in her care.
Stephanie Gribble was arrested last week after four young children from three different families had been admitted to the hospital for a suspected drug overdose. According to IMPD, the children had difficulty walking, were drooling, and staring into space. Investigators believe the children were given a combination of over-the-counter and prescription medication.
Court documents reveal Gribble admitted she gave drugs to several kids ranging in age from 11 months to 5 years old. Gribble faces six counts of neglect of a dependent. She is scheduled for her first court appearance on Monday.
