LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WISH) – A man who police say has been on the run for months was caught in Lafayette on Tuesday afternoon.

In October, police believed 45-year-old Danny “Boone” Horton helped hide an inmate after a Warren County jail break. Horton was also wanted out of Warren County for dealing and possessing meth.

Police say they got a tip that he was hiding out at a home in Lafayette. They say he tried to escape, but was later arrested at the Twyckenham Apartment Complex by the SWAT team.

Two women were arrested in connection to the investigation. Jennifer Faye Ellison, 42, and Sierra Marie Rossi, 19, were preliminarily charged with assisting a criminal.
