Police ID man arrested in connection to Tuesday’s string of robberies

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Police identified a man Wednesday who has been arrested for five robberies reported early Tuesday morning.

IMPD officials say Jeremy Kiser, 27, of Indianapolis, was arrested and formally charged with robbery, Class A and B felonies.

He was being held at the Marion County Jail on a $200,000 bond.

Officials say Kiser shot a victim during a robbery on the city’s southeast side and was involved in four others. They happened in the 5900 block of Greenfield Avenue, in the 5100 block of Atherton South Drive, in the 4300 block of Fletcher Avenue, in the 3600 block of Fletcher Avenue and in the 3600 block of East Terrace Avenue. Three of the victims say they were assaulted.
