Scotty’s Brewhouse introduces us to the Lucy Burger


Scott Wise, owner and Chef Angela Vosmeier prepare some of their favorites off the Scotty’s Brewhouse menu.

Bar-b-q pulled pork nachos


10 ounces of Thr3e wise men seasoned potato chips or chip of choice

6 oz. of hot white queso

¼ c. of corn

¼ c. of red onions

3 ounces of Bar-b-q pulled pork

10 slices of Jalapenos


  1. Heat white queso
  2. Heat bar-b-q pulled pork
  3. Spread chips on a serving dish or large plate
  4. Top chips with white queso, corn, red onions, jalapenos and bar-b-q pulled pork

Juicy Lucy stuffed burger


8 oz. ground beef

1 slice of American cheese

Salt, pepper and granulated garlic to taste

1 lettuce leaf

2 slices of tomato

2 slices of red onion

2 pickle slices

Toasted bun


  1. Divide beef into 2 4oz. patties
  2. Fold the slice of cheese into 4 squares stacked on top of each other
  3. Place the stack of cheese in the middle of one of the hamburger patties, place the second hamburger patty on top and pinch all of the sides to seal the cheese in between both hamburger patties.
  4. Season the burger on both sides with salt, pepper and garlic
  5. Grill the burger to desired temperature and the center is warm to melt the cheese (about 6-8 minutes)
  6. While the burger is cooking toast the bun
