South side bank robbed Monday

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Police are looking for a man they say robbed a bank on the city’s south side Monday.  They say the robbery happened just before 5 p.m. at the Citizens Bank on County Line Road.

Detectives say the robber handed the teller a note saying he had a gun and to give him money.  The teller gave him an undisclosed amount of money.

Police K9 officers tracked the suspect after the crime, but lost him after searching for some time.

No one was hurt in the robbery.
