CENTER GROVE, Ind. (WISH) – A referee collapsed at a basketball game in Center Grove Friday night.

Johnson County dispatchers tell 24-Hour News 8 the referee collapsed during the Franklin Central vs. Center Grove game at Center Grove High School. Officials say he was alert and conscious and taken to Community Hospital South. He was later identified as Ken Yott of Zionsville.

Officials with Center Grove High School say Yott was doing “much better” Saturday. It is not yet clear what caused the collapse or how long he will be in the hospital.
