Fishers police seek man accused of robbing gas station

FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) – The Fishers Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a man who they say robbed a gas station early Saturday morning.

The robbery occurred at the Shell Gas Station in the 9500 block of East 126th Street around 6 a.m.

Officials say the man entered the gas station, implied he had a gun, demanded cash and then took off on foot. The person working at the time of the incident was not injured.

Officers set up a perimeter in the area but were unable to find the suspect. He is described as a black man about 20 to 30 years old, 5’10” to 6’1″, weighing about 300 pounds and wearing a black coat with red sleeves, red baseball cap and dark pants.
