Rusty Bucket has an award winning Pork Tenderloin Sandwich and Asian Tuna Wrap

Rusty Bucket was featured in the January issue of Restaurant Business Magazine focusing on Rusty Bucket’s Indianapolis’ location. This is great exposure for the restaurant, the Indianapolis dining scene as well as, the pork tenderloin sandwich.

Ingredients

5 oz PORK TENDERLOIN

½ cup SEASONED FLOUR

½ cup BEER BATTER

2 tsp STEAK DUST

1 SESAME BUN

¼ cup SHREDDED LETTUCE

1 SLICED TOMATO

3 PICKLE CHIPS

½ oz DICED RED ONION

1 oz MAYO

4 oz SEASONED FRIES

SEASON PORK WITH STEAK DUST, DREDGE IN FLOUR THEN DIP IN THE BEER BATTER. REMOVE FROM THE BATTER AND DREDGE IN FLOUR AGAIN MAKING SURE TO COMPLETELY COAT THE PORK. PLACE IN THE FRYER AND COOK UNITL GOLDEN BROWN. TOAST BUN AND TOP WITH LETTUCE, TOMATO, PICKLE CHIP AND ONION. WHEN THE PORK IS DONE PLACE ON THE BOTTOM BUN AND SERVE WITH SEASONED FRIES AND MAYO.
