Woman dies after thrown from motorcycle

FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) — A Lebanon woman died Tuesday night after she and her husband crashed on the motorcycle they were on.

Fishers Police Department officials said James Moore and Lori Moore, both 47, were on the motorcycle northbound on Allisonville Road when traffic stopped. James Moore said he lost control of the motorcycle. James and Lori, who weren’t wearing helmets, were both thrown from the vehicle.

James and Lori were taken to IU Health Methodist Hospital. Lori later died. James suffered minor injuries.

The road was restricted for two hours as a result of the crash.
