Medical helicopter called after man burned in car fire

TIPTON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – Officials in Tipton County say a medical helicopter was called the scene of a burned person Saturday afternoon.

The incident occurred around 4:45 p.m. at the intersection of 400 South and 500 East.

Tipton County dispatchers tell 24-Hour News 8 the male victim was burned after a car fire at that intersection. A medical helicopter was called to the scene to transport the victim to the hospital.
