BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. (The Republic) – Some residents in Bartholomew County won’t have water service on Wednesday, as crews repair a water main in the county.
Crews will be repairing a water main on State Road 46 at Westview Drive. The work will impact some customers of Southwestern Bartholomew Water, 24-Hour News 8’s news partner The Republic reports.
The area affected is along Indiana 46 from Carlos Folger Drive to 500 West. The outage is expected to be from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday.
A boil water advisory is in effect for the customers from noon Wednesday until noon Friday. Customers should bring water to a full boil for five minutes before consumption or use in cooking and and food preparation, as a precaution.
