HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – Jim Irsay bonded out of the Hamilton County Jail Monday afternoon, following his arrest late Sunday night.

Monday morning, Deputy Bryant Orem with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office released video of Irsay being brought to the Hamilton County Jail.

Irsay was arrested at 11:41 p.m. Sunday night in Carmel. He was preliminarily charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.

According to Carmel Police, Irsay was pulled over in the 13000 block of Horseferry Road for driving slowly, stopping in the roadway and failing to signal a turn.

Officers found multiple prescription drugs in pill bottles. The pills didn’t match the labels on the bottles.

Police say Irsay then failed sobriety tests and was placed under arrest. Irsay faces four felony charges and one misdemeanor charge if convicted in the case.

Irsay’s bond was set at $22,500. A cash bond was posted for his release. He was released from jail around 1:30 p.m. Monday. Irsay will appear in court for his initial appearance on March 26.
