Orangutan Center to offer unique view of city and zoo

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) -Thursday, 24-Hour News 8 got an up close and personal look at the Indianapolis Zoo’s newest exhibit.

The International Orangutan Center allows scientists to study apes. The scientists will be researching how smart the animals are.

The center will also allow visitors to take part in the process by playing a simple game of rock, paper scissors with the orangutans.

Visitors will be able to ride the skyline via a cable 50 feet above the zoo. The ride will offer a unique perspective of the animals and downtown Indianapolis.
