Police: Firearms, electronics stolen from home

COLUMBUS, Ind. (WISH) -Police in Columbus are investigating a burglary that occurred earlier this week.

The incident occurred at a home in the 5900 block of Kennesaw Trail between March 17 and March 20. It is not yet clear if the burglary occurred during the day or at night.

24-Hour News 8’s news gathering partner the Republic reports two firearms and electronic equipment were taken from the home.

Police are warning residents in the area to be aware of their surroundings while police investigate this crime.

If anyone has seen suspicious activity in the area, they are asked to contact police at 812-376-2600.
