Report: Men stole $13,000 in guns from local gun store

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Sunday, police were investigating after guns were stolen from a local gun shop.

Police officials say they are searching for two men who stole $13,000 worth of guns from C&C Midwest Firearms in the 9200 block of Crawfordsville Road.

Police say the suspects came into the store just before 3 a.m. and took 23 weapons, including six handguns, seven Smith and Wesson pistols, a Smith & Wesson Rifle, a Walther P-22, seven other handguns and an AK 47.

According to a police report from IMPD, the suspects were described as two black men who looked about 18 years old.
