INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Firefighters with the Indianapolis Fire Department responded to a home on the city’s east side Sunday morning that they say had caught fire for a third time.

Fire officials were called to the home in the 2500 block of Southeastern Avenue around 10:20 a.m. This is near South Keystone Avenue and Southeastern Avenue.

According to a tweet from IFD, heavy fire destroyed the home. Officials say it was the third time there was a fire at that location. There was a fire in the garage area on June 26, 2013 and a fire in the home the next day, where three firefighters were injured and taken to the hospital, a release said.

Sunday’s fire caused $15,000 in damage. The Department of Code Enforcement was called for Unsafe Buildings.

No injuries were reported. The fire is under investigation.
