Indy Eleven beats IU 3-1

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Indy Eleven won its final preseason game over the IU men’s soccer team with a 3-1 final Friday.

A crowd of over 4,000 people were on hand to take in the club’s first match in the refurbished Carroll Stadium.

IU took an early lead in the first half when Femi Hollinger-Janzen scored off a header. Indy Eleven, then, followed that up with goals from Andrew Stone, Kleberson and Don Smart.
