COLUMBUS, Ind. (WISH) – Two Columbus toddlers are safe after firefighters rescued them from their home’s roof Sunday.

Officials say the two 2-year-olds were at the highest peak of the rooftop.  One was naked and the other was wearing only a shirt, but officials say they did not appear to be scared.

The father told firefighters he had put the toddlers down for a nap and thought they were sleeping.
