Four people shot in Richmond

RICHMOND, Ind. (WISH) – Police confirm that four people are recovering after being shot in Richmond Thursday night.

Shortly after 9 p.m. Richmond police officers were sent to the area of North 15th Street and H Street on a report of shots fired with multiple victims.

Police located three males that had been shot.  Medics took the wounded victims to Reid Hospital for treatment.

A fourth victim reportedly drove himself to the hospital.  According to police, none of the injuries are considered life-threatening.

Investigators say they located 15 shell casings fired in the shooting.

Witnesses told police they saw three black males in a black Cadillac with tinted windows that left the area going northbound on North 15th Street.

The victims have been identified as 34-year-old Tristen Odell “TO” Bennett of Ohio, 33-year-old Frank Deloney of Richmond, 26-year-old Maurice Boatman and 23-year-old Terry Johnson, both of Anderson, Indiana. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
