Man charged in quadruple murder wants to get married

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A man charged in the February murders of four people wants to get married, officials confirm.

Kenneth Rackemann is charged with four counts of murder, four counts of felony murder, robbery, a Class A felony, and conspiracy to commit robbery, a Class A felony, in connection with the deaths of four people on South Parker Avenue on Feb. 20.

24-Hour News 8 confirmed on Thursday that there is a pending request on a judge’s desk for Rackemann to be allowed to get married.

Rackemann was expected to be in court Thursday afternoon. It wasn’t immediately clear if a decision would be issued or not.
