BOONVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — For one southwestern Indiana man, walking through the correct doors at Walmart is important.

Or, at least, it would appear he feels that way, after being arrested when police say he punched a man for entering through the exit doors.

Indiana State Police officials said 64-year-old Newburgh man Bennie Duvall confronted 28-year-old Boonville man Brandon Leeds after Leeds used the wrong door. After an argument, police officials said Duvall punched Leeds.

Duvall was arrested on a preliminary Class B misdemeanor charge of battery and Leeds was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Both men bonded out of the Warrick County Jail. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
