Arrest warrants issued in connection to spice bust

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Police officers are currently serving warrants on 12 people in connection to a massive spice bust.

Last October, police broke up an operation that had more than $8 million worth of spice. According to the probable cause affidavit, the spice was being shipped from China to Indianapolis.

Agents intercepted several packages, then got search warrants for multiple locations in the city and in surrounding communities.

According to the probable cause affidavit, businesses raided included Tight 30 Entertainment and West Strong Wholesales, both in the 8000 block of Brookville Road.
