INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A man police say had 175 firearms, including 35 automatic machine guns, was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

U.S. Attorney Joseph Hogsett announced the sentencing of Jackie Richardson, who was convicted of felon in possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of a machine gun.

The sentencing comes more than two years after Richardson was arrested in Coatesville after the Hendricks County Sheriff’s Department went there to investigate a domestic violence incident. A later search of the home uncovered the 175 guns and 59,000 rounds of ammunition.

Richardson had been previously convicted of battery, theft, possession of a firearm by a felon and intimidation.
