MyINDY-TV 23 to broadcast six Indiana Fever games

WNDY and Indiana Fever

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Jeff White, President and General Manager for MyINDY-TV 23 and WISH-TV and Kelly Krauskopf, President and General Manager with the Indiana Fever announced today that MyINDY-TV 23 has become the local broadcast home for the Indiana Fever.

MyINDY-TV 23 will bring Indiana Fever basketball to local television viewers all across Central Indiana, with six LIVE game broadcasts from Bankers Life Fieldhouse, as well as on the road. The MyINDY-TV 23 broadcast schedule complements a 2014 Fever television schedule that encompasses 15 games overall, the most regular season TV games in franchise history.

“We are pleased to welcome the Indiana Fever to MyINDY-TV 23 for their 15th anniversary season and to showcase the caliber and excitement of Fever Basketball to viewers across Central Indiana,” White said. “These games further our commitment to bring viewers the highest quality local programming on MyINDY-TV 23. We look forward to a successful season together.”

“We are very proud and grateful for the longstanding relationship we have had with MyINDY-TV and WISH-TV,” said Krauskopf. “The local television broadcast commitment further strengthens our efforts to bring the best women’s basketball to viewers and fans in Indianapolis. The WISH-TV/MyINDY-TV team is truly a great partner.”

This local TV partnership is the first of its kind for the Fever, which begins its 15th WNBA season in May. It continues what has been a lengthy association between the Fever, MyINDY-TV 23 and WISH-TV, but which has not previously included live programming.
