JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – Police arrested a Greenwood woman on prostitution and drug charges Thursday after she attempted to have sex with two undercover officers for money.

According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department, police received information that Megan E. Stinson, 30, was committing prostitution in Greenwood. An undercover officer began texting Stinson, who immediately agreed to have sex with him for money.

Police said Stinson, who was dressed in provocative clothing, met two undercover officers in the Village Pantry parking lot on N. Meridian Street in Greenwood on Thursday afternoon.

Stinson told the undercover officers she would have sex with both of them for $360. The officers then negotiated with Stinson and they agreed the price would be set at $320.

The three then drove to an apartment in Greenwood where an officer set up a hidden video camera in the room.

Police arrested Stinson after she started to undress and began touching one of the undercover officers.

According to an affidavit for probable cause, Stinson admitted to police she had heroin in her purse, along with paraphernalia, including needles.

Stinson faces a prostitution charge, possession of cocaine or narcotic drug charge, and possession of paraphernalia charge.
