Lebanon tornado sirens activated by power outage

BOONE COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – Officials in Boone County say residents should disregard tornado sirens they may have heard in the Lebanon area on Saturday.

According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, the tornado sirens in Lebanon were activated by a power outage.

Officials say around 1:30 p.m. that there was no severe weather in the area.
