INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Police said a 5-month-old boy who was reported missing was dropped off at his home Wednesday night unharmed.

IMPD officers said the baby’s mother called around 5:10 p.m. Wednesday saying she was involved in a domestic disturbance. The woman told police James Cole, 20, took her baby, James Curry, from the home.

Detectives believe Cole abducted the baby, then dropped him back off at home and left.

Cole is described as a black male, about 5’9” and 185 pounds. He was last seen near the 400 block of North Forest Avenue on the city’s near east side.
