Three sent to hospital after northeast side crash

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Indianapolis Fire Department responded to a three car crash with minor injuries on Sunday.

The crash happened at 38th and Shadeland Avenue at 7:34 p.m. Sunday. Official say a witness saw a Suzuki run a red light causing a Caravan to hit the Suzuki. The Suzuki flipped and rolled on top of an Impala before landing on its side.

The driver of the Suzuki was extricated from the vehicle, and transported to Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the Caravan and the driver of the Impala were transported to Community East with minor injuries.
