Police searching for PNC Bank robbery suspect

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed the PNC Bank located at 155 East Market Street on Wednesday.

According to police, the suspect passed a note to a bank teller demanding money around 11 a.m.  Police said the suspect did not have a weapon or imply that he did.

The suspect then fled the scene with an unknown amount of money.

The man is described as a black man in his 30’s, weighing about 155 to 165 pounds and about 5’10” tall (see photos above).

If you recognize him, call police immediately.
