INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis comedian Mike Epps may have been involved in a fight outside a comedy club in Atlanta, Georgia, though he wasn’t arrested, the CBS affiliate in Atlanta reports.

The fight happened at Uptown Comedy Corner around midnight Sunday. A comedian from Atlanta, Georgia told police he was attacked by three men, including Epps, after the man made a joke that poked fun at Epps.

The man said the group of men slammed him into a Ferrari Epps brought to the club, kicked him, threw his cell phone and crushed his glasses.

Epps and the other men weren’t immediately arrested. It wasn’t clear if they would be at a later date.
