INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Indianapolis signed two free agents Wednesday cornerback Johnny Adams and center FN Lutz.
The 5-foot-11, 177-pound Adams spent 12 days with the Colts last August. He wound up playing four games with Buffalo, primarily on special teams.
Lutz is an undrafted rookie from Indiana State. The 6-foot-3, 290-pound Lutz started 42 games with the Sycamores, including all 12 in 2011 and 2013. The Colts are thin at center after releasing starter Samson Satele earlier this year.
The moves come one day after Indy waived two undrafted rookies, quarterback Seth Lobato and cornerback Keon Lyn.
