Couple in Noblesville hits the jackpot

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) – A couple in Noblesville hit the jackpot and they were rewarded with their winnings on Wednesday.

Larry and Connie Miller got a check for $27.5 million. They picked a lump sum cash option of just over $11 million before taxes.

The couple purchased the ticket at a grocery store in Kokomo in May.

“I just happened to be in the Marsh getting groceries after getting my haircut and decided I might as well buy a ticket. And I normally buy one, and I thought I am going to try two. And the second one was the one that hit,” said Connie Miller.

The couple said they don’t plan to do anything different, except donate some of their money to charity, help out their family and travel a little more.
