RISING SUN, Ind. (AP) — A southeastern Indiana woman has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting her ex-husband 10 times and stuffing his body into a metal box.

Indiana State Police say they arrested 42-year-old Danielle Green of Ohio County on Tuesday after an autopsy revealed he died May 28 from the gunshot wounds.

The woman told officers she didn’t know where her ex-husband could be but when they executed a search warrant they found the body of 62-year-old Raymond Green in a metal box on the couple’s property about 20 miles southwest of Cincinnati. Ohio.

Danielle Green is being held without bond at the Switzerland County Jail in nearby Vevay. It wasn’t clear whether she has an attorney.
