INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A man arrested following the November 2012 death of a 3-month-boy will spend six years in prison.

Gregory Robey had pleaded guilty to neglect of a dependent, a Class A felony. On Friday, June 6 he was sentenced to six years in prison.

In November of 2012, crews were called to Bambi Glazebrook’s home on the report of an infant that wasn’t breathing. Glazebrook’s 3-month-old son, Phillip Robey, was later pronounced dead at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health.

After police investigated the case, they arrested Glazebrook and Robey, the child’s father.

Glazebrook pleaded guilty in May to a felony child neglect charge and was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
