Gr8 Health battle against pancreatic cancer

Dr. Korc and his colleagues at IU Health have had some encouraging results in the battle against pancreatic cancer.

The work includes finding a simpler, faster way to identify cysts that are –not- cancerous, thus easing some anxiety. Also, research has indicated one substance that is usually seen as a tumor “inhibitor” may have the opposite effect in pancreatic cancer – spreading its growth!
