Rib rub

3/4 cups brown sugar

1/2 cup sweet paprika

3 tablespoons kosher salt

3 tablespoons ground black pepper

1.5 tablespoons granulated garlic

1   Tablespoons onion powder

2   Teaspoons chili powder

1/2 teaspoons cayenne

 

Stir the spices together in a medium bowl store for a couple of weeks in a dark cool place. Apply heavily just before before smoking
