Two arrested after undercover drug operation

ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) – Drug Task Force detectives arrested two people on heroin charges.

24-Hour News 8’s partners at the Herald Bulletin report Michael Harris, 31, and Tierace Malone, 20, are facing preliminary charges for dealing heroin after they were caught selling to a police informant.

On Thursday evening around 7, an informant meet a man and woman at a gas station parking lot at Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard and West 53rd Street. They exchanged money for about three grams of heroin. The informant, the man and woman then went their separate ways.

Harris admitted to police that he sold the heroin, according to a probable cause affidavit. Harris is also under investigation for two other recent deals in Anderson on May 27 and 28.
