INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Colts mini-camp is underway, and the focus is already in place.

“Keep working on fundamentals, technique, throwing, catching, blocking, all the things that we can do,”says Colts coach Chuck Pagano.

Executing to get better. The team’s three-day camp is mandatory, but not everyone is taking part. Vontae Davis and Delano Howell are nursing injuries, Cory Redding and LaRon Landry have excused absences, and Reggie Wayne is on hand, but he’s rehabbing his surgically repaired knee. Andrew Luck’s major focus is building continuity with new center Khaled Holmes.

“We’ll definitely get our reps,”says Luck. “I hesitate to call it extra, because I always think you get extra reps with your center no matter who it is. Fifteen years together, or one off-season together, I think quarterbacks and centers get reps.”

“I feel confident! There’s pressure I put on myself my whole career, it’s self-imposed but it’s a great opportunity”

The Colts are confident in the season ahead as well. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
