Police find truck stolen in Beech Grove shooting

INDIANAPOLIS, (WISH) — Beech Grove police say they have found the truck stolen after a shooting at a Wal-Mart on Monday.

The Chevrolet Silverado was recovered by the department early Wednesday morning behind a business in the 5200 block of Park Emerson Avenue.

On Monday two men hoping to sell thousands of dollars worth of cell phones met with two buyers at the parking lot. Police say one of the buyers fired shots and then took off with the truck which was full of cell phones.

The shooting victim was treated and released from the hospital.

Police are still searching for the suspects in this case.
