IMPD investigating after finding two bodies inside a home

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department say two people were found dead inside their home on Monday afternoon.

IMPD responded to the 6100 block of Patoka Lake Drive were they found a male and female dead inside their home at 2:52 p.m. A caller told police a vehicle was left running inside the garage.

Medics advised that there was a high level of carbon monoxide inside the home.

The female, 46-year-old Deanna Rooks did not have any signs of trauma. However, 49-year-old Michael Hall had signs of head trauma. Hall’s death has been ruled a homicide according to autopsy results from Marion County Coroner’s Office.
