INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – IndyVet hosted the 16th annual Pet Carnival on Saturday.  Pets of all kinds, dogs, cats, turtles, even birds, came together on Saturday to raise donations for local shelters.

There were free hot dogs, popcorn and lemonade, plus plenty of entertainment including contests and an artistic horse.

“The paintings turn out very nice. It’s also to support the IndyVet clinic and what they stand for,” Adonna Combs, owner of Justin the Artistic Horse, said.

Justin the horse has been painting now for about four years. This was his second pet carnival.
