INDIANAPOLIS, (WISH)- The southbound lanes of I-69 were closed from 96th to 82nd street Sunday morning.
Police say a semi and SUV collided shortly before 3am.
Investigators say the driver of the SUV pulled out into traffic from the ramp and hit the semi dislodging the rear axle of the semi.
Officers closed off the southbound lanes of I-69 at 96th street to investigate the accident.
Crews are continuing to clean up debris that has been scattered across all southbound lanes.
No one was hurt in the accident.
The driver of the SUV is currently in police custody. The southbound lanes were reopened just before 4:30 a.m.
