ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) — Wednesday is move-in day for the Indianapolis Colts as training camp begins.

The team arrives at Anderson University ahead of their first practice on Thursday.

Veteran wide receiver Reggie Wayne always shows up in a memorable way. Last year, Wayne flew in on board an IU Health Lifeline medical helicopter.

When practices begin all eyes will be on Wayne as he works to recover from the injury that cut his season short last year.

“It’s up to me to go out there and show them I’m Reggie of old,” Wayne said. “Hopefully, knock on wood, everything continues to go upward for me.”

Camp runs through August 13. For a schedule of activities click here. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
